Hi, I'm Mia.
Boutique by choice: a small number of weddings each year, and every one planned by me, personally.
Before weddings, I worked at Deloitte. It taught me to hold many details at once without letting any of them show, and it is still how I run every wedding.
I trained in Event Design at the Lisbon School of Design and founded We Do in 2022. Today it carries my name. The name changed; the way I work did not. On the day, I am there from the first delivery to the last guest.
Many of my couples live abroad and bring their families to Portugal. I look after all of it: a church or symbolic ceremony, the venue, every detail of food and drink, and the welcome and farewell events either side of the day.
When something unexpected happens, and on a wedding day something always does, I deal with it quietly, before anyone notices.
